Arugula Salad
Arugula Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 large bunches arugula, 1 large tomato, cored, 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Remove and discard arugula stems and cut leaves crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces.
Transfer to bowl.
Cut tomato into 1/2-inch dice; add to arugula.
Add onion to bowl.
