Artichoke Squares
Artichoke Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, 1 medium onion, chopped, 4 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain artichokes, reserving liquid; set aside.
Cook onion in reserved liquid in skillet until tender.
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, oregano, salt, pepper and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
Add onion, artichokes, garlic and cheese; stir well.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes or until set.
Cut into squares to serve. Yields 4 dozen appetizer servings.
