Artichoke Spinach Casserole
Artichoke Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can artichokes, chopped, 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked, 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine 1/2 cup butter (softened), cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Mix with artichokes and spinach.
Fold in egg whites. Put in 2-quart casserole.
Melt remaining 1/4 cup butter.
Mix with herbed stuffing mix.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 325Β°.
