Artichoke Pickles
Artichoke Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 peck artichokes, 4 green peppers, 4 red peppers, 8 c. sugar and 12 medium onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Make paste of flour, mustard, salt and 1 pint vinegar.
Heat 2 quarts vinegar, sugar and hot pepper.
Bring to boil.
Add flour paste.
Chop or dice vegetables and add.
Stir until vegetables are heated.
Do not boil.
Add turmeric.
Put in jars.
Yield: 16 to 18 pints.
