Artichoke Heart Casserole
Artichoke Heart Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (64 oz.) can artichokes in brine, drained, 1 large onion, chopped, 1/3 c. colavita olive oil, 1 c. mild provolone cheese, shredded and 1/2 c. grated romano cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a saucepan saute onion in olive oil until golden and tender.
Add artichokes and stir over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Stirring often, add cheeses and bread crumbs.
Mix well. Pour into well greased casserole.
Sprinkle with a little bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 300Β° for 1/2 hour.
