Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained, 1 c. parmesan cheese, grated, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained and 1 c. (4 oz.) swiss cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place all in food processor and chop, scraping sides of bowl at least twice.
When well mixed and chopped, pour in 2-quart casserole (Pyrex) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with Wheat Thins or Fritos.
