Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can hearts of artichokes, packed in water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and 1 can mushroom pieces or chopped fresh ones, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chop artichokes into very small pieces and mix all ingredients together.
Add garlic powder, lemon pepper and onion flakes to taste.
Pour into non-stick sprayed casserole. Spread 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine on top, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 375Β° oven until cheese is melted and top is brown.
