Artichoke Casserole
Artichoke Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms and 2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place sauteed vegetables in casserole in layers with artichokes.
Make as many layers as desired.
Pour mushroom soup over all.
Add 1/2 stick of margarine and sprinkle with pepper over top.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and dust with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until topping is bubbly or lightly browned.
