April'S Favorite Cranberry Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. orange juice concentrate, 1/3 c. ruby port, 1/3 c. tawny port and 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large saucepan, bring liquids and sugar to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Add 1 1/2 packages cranberries; return to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer until berries begin to pop. Add remaining cranberries and orange zest.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool at room temperature, then refrigerate.
