Apricot Spice Cake
Apricot Spice Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 2 jars apricot tapioca baby food and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat sugar and oil in mixing bowl.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add baby food one jar at a time.
Add half of flour blended with spices, salt and baking powder, then beat in remainder of flour. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour in greased and floured tube pan.
Let cool, right side up.
Turn cake out onto cake plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
