Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. apricot nectar, 1 small can crushed pineapple, including juice, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot or orange jello and 1 large pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat apricot nectar jello, crushed pineapple and juice.
Cool 1/2 this mixture in a mold or pan.
When set, spread with a mixture of cream cheese, mayonnaise and walnuts.
Pour remaining liquid over top and let set in refrigerator until ready to serve.
