Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) box or 2 (3 oz.) boxes apricot jell-o, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 pkg. cool whip, 2 c. buttermilk and 1/2 c. crushed pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour pineapple (juice and all) in boiler and heat.
Add Jell-O; stir to dissolve.
Set aside to cool.
After it is thoroughly cooled, add buttermilk and pecans.
Mix well and add Cool Whip and mix well.
Pour in dish and keep in refrigerator.
