Apricot Ham Steak
Apricot Ham Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ham slice, cut 2-inches thick, whole cloves, 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar and 1 (16 oz.) can peeled whole apricots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Trim fat around ham slice.
Place ham in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with sugar and stud sides with cloves.
Drain apricot juice.
Pour 1/3 cup of juice over ham.
Bake at 325Β° for one hour, basting often with juice in pan.
Arrange drained apricots on top; bake 15 minutes longer or until richly glazed.
