Apricot Cottage Cheese Salad
Apricot Cottage Cheese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add apricot juice and mix well.
Chill until jelly-like consistency, then fold in the cottage cheese, walnuts, cherries, apricots and last add the whipped cream. Pour into lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart mold and chill until well set. Unmold to serve.
Makes at least 8 servings.
