Apricot Chicken
Apricot Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 8 pieces of chicken, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1/2 (8 oz.) bottle russian dressing with or without honey and 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Arrange chicken, single layer, in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Mix soup mix and dressing and pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
Garnish chicken with apricot half on each piece.
Serve with rice.
