Applesauce Raisin Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. raisins, 2 c. water, 1 c. unsweetened applesauce, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Simmer raisins in water until water is absorbed.
Add applesauce, vanilla, oil, sweetener and eggs to cooled raisins. Stir in dry ingredients and nuts.
