Applesauce
Applesauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large apples, 1/2 c. apple cider or juice, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cinnamon and 1/4 c. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Peel and core apples.
Cut into chunks; put in 3-quart saucepan with apple cider.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cover; simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
