Apple Zucchini Bread
Apple Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt (all by hand).
Beat eggs separately.
Mix eggs, oil, sugars and vanilla and add to dry ingredients.
Stir in zucchini, apples and nuts.
Mixture will be stiff.
Spoon into 3 greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans or 1 large angel food tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
