Apple Fruit Bread

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.
Combine egg, apple juice, raisins, walnuts and cherries.
Bake in a greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
