Apple Fritters
Apple Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg yolks, 2 tsp. sugar, 1/4 c. stale beer, 1 tbsp. cream or milk and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Beat egg yolks and together for 1 minute with wire whisk.
Beer; slowly add sifted flour, cream and salt. Let stand 1
2 hours in a warm place. Heat peanut oil to 350Β°.
Apples into 1/2 inch thick wedges.
Beat egg whites to form soft peaks.
Gently fold 1/4 of whites into egg yolk mixture.
The rest of the whites and fold into mixture.
With tongs, gently dip sliced apples into mixture. One one place
Cook 1 to 3 minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.
