Apple Curry Pork Chops

Saute pork chops in large Teflon skillet (medium hot pan, so no fat needed).
Brown on both sides.
Combine in bowl the applesauce, wine, raisins, onion, lemon rind, curry and ginger; pour over pork chops in skillet.
Cover; turn heat low.
Cook for 45 minutes, or until tender.
Remove meat; reduce sauce.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
