Apple Cranberry Casserole
Apple Cranberry Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. apples, cut into bite-size pieces, 2 c. whole raw cranberries, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix apples, cranberries and sugar and put into greased 3-quart casserole dish.
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and pecans and pour over fruit and sugar mixture. Cut the margarine or butter into pieces and place on top of the casserole.
Bake for 50 minutes covered, then remove cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
Great for breakfast.
