Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp
Angel Hair Pasta With Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 12 oz. medium-size shrimp, peeled and deveined, 2 large cloves garlic, crushed and 8 oz. pkg. angel hair pasta, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Melt butter and oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp and garlic and cook for 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink.
Using slotted spoon, remove shrimp and keep warm.
Add cream, wine, peas, parsley, 1/4 cup Parmesan, basil and red pepper to the skillet.
Blend well and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
Add pasta and shrimp.

Serve immediately with remaining Parmesan cheese.
