Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 3/4 c. egg whites, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, pinch of salt and 1 1/3 c. cake flour (sifted 4 times), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift flour and 1 cup sugar 4 times.
Beat egg whites until frothy, then add cream of tartar and salt.
Beat until stiff. Fold in 1 cup sugar.
Fold in flour and sugar mixture.
Add extracts.
Bake in tube pan (fit bottom of angel food cake pan with brown paper), in 325Β° oven for 1 hour.
