Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cake flour, 10 large egg whites, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. cream of tartar and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift flour and set aside.
In large mixing bowl beat egg whites until foaming.
Add cream of tartar and vanilla extract. Beat until very stiff, but not dry.
Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, and continue to beat.
Using spatula, fold in flour.
Pour batter into 10-inch ungreased tube pan.
Using a knife, pop bubbles.
Bake 45 minutes in 350Β° oven.
