Angel Cornbread

Mix dry ingredients together well (excluding yeast).
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Mix together well the dissolved yeast, oil and buttermilk with the dry ingredients.
Pour batter into a well-greased cornbread stick or muffin pans and bake at 450Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
Serve hot or cold.
