Amish Country Stew
Amish Country Stew is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef stew meat, 3 to 4 potatoes, 3 to 4 carrots, 2 ribs celery and 3 small onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces a bit larger than the meat. Clean the carrots, celery and onions and cut all into 1-inch pieces.
In a large baking pan/dish, or ceramic slow cooker pot, combine all the ingredients, except for the parsley.
Bake, covered, for 5 hours, without stirring.
Add parsley just before serving.
