Amaretto Mousse
Amaretto Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 2 eggs, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat sugar in water until dissolved.
Set aside.
Mix eggs, salt and chocolate in blender.
Add sugar mixture slowly.
Blend until thickened.
Add Amaretto. fold in 3/4 of whipped cream.
Pour into small wine glasses.
Chill 4 hours.
Before serving, spoon a dollop of whipped cream on each serving.
