Use less flour if part of flour is whole wheat.
Combine corn meal, water and salt, stirring to prevent lumps.
Add molasses and oleo; cool.
Soften yeast in water.
Add 1 cup flour to corn meal mixture.
Stir in yeast.
Add flour to make soft dough; knead.
Let rise until double.
Punch down; shape into 2 loaves.
Let rise.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
