Almond Mushrooms
Almond Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large mushrooms, about 1 1/2 doz., 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/8 tsp. rosemary and 1/8 tsp. marjoram, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems and reserve.
Pat mushroom caps dry and sprinkle inside of caps with Accent.
Chop mushroom stems very fine.
Combine with bread crumbs, lemon juice, rosemary, marjoram, salt, almonds and capers. Spoon mixture into caps and dot each mushroom with butter.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately. Serves 1 1/2 dozen.
