Almond Flan
Almond Flan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. milk, 2/3 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, almonds, extract and brown sugar in food processor.
Pulse 5 to 10 seconds at a time, stopping to scrape sides of bowl until mixture is blended but not overprocessed.
Pour batter into a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish or pie plate.
Bake 30 minutes until fluffy and brown.
A knife will come out clean.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cool slightly before serving.
