Almond Crescent Cookies

Finely grind almonds in blender.
Mix 1 2/3 cups of almonds with flour, sugar, butter and vanilla extract (set remaining almonds aside).
Form ball; chill 1 hour or overnight.
Roll dough into small ball and then longways to form crescents.
Roll in remaining almonds.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 350Β° (cookies should be light brown).
Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
