Almond Asparagus
Almond Asparagus is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. asparagus, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted and salt & pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash asparagus; cut into 1-inch diagonal slices.
Heat butter in skillet; add asparagus and saute 3-4 minutes.
Cover skillet and steam about 2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Toss asparagus with lemon juice and almonds; salt & pepper to taste.
Makes 4 servings.
