All Time Favorite Grape-Nuts Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 tbsp. salt, 1/2 tbsp. vanilla and 2 c. milk, scalded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in mixing bowl.
Add scalded milk gradually, mixing thoroughly.
Pour into six custard cups or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with Grape-Nuts.
Dot with butter.
Place custard cups or casserole in pan of hot water. Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
