All-In-One-Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 2 cans mushrooms, 5 tbsp. butter and 1 lb. sausage, browned, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute first three ingredients in butter in skillet until brown. Add frozen shredded potatoes and cook until potatoes are done. Brown and drain sausage.
Beat eggs and salt.
Add to cooked sausage and cook until eggs are nearly set.
Pour into 8 x 12-inch casserole dish and add potato mixture.
Top with cheese and bake at 350Β° until cheese is melted, approximately 15 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.
