African Rice
African Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 head cabbage (strips), 1 onion, 1 can tomatoes and 1/2 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onion in olive oil.
Add ground chuck.
Cook until browned.
Add cabbage and saute for a few minutes, then add tomatoes (diced).
Add soy sauce and peanut butter.
Simmer until cabbage is tender.
Add cayenne pepper (to taste).
Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
Serve over cooked white rice.
