Dissolve yeast in water.
Place sugar, milk, salt and butter in pan.
Heat until lukewarm.
Add yeast and flour.
Put in warm place for 15 minutes or until you see risen twice its size. Turn out on floured board.
Roll 3/4-inch thickness.
Cut with cutter and place on cookie sheet.
Turn in 1/2.
Butter 1/2.
Let rise again 15 minutes (or double in size).
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
