Clean and bone trout.
Lay flat on lightly oiled sheet of foil on a broiler pan.
Brush the boneless trout lightly with melted butter and sprinkle Summer Savory over it.
Meanwhile, saute 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds in butter until nicely brown.
Add lemon juice.
Broil trout for about 2 minutes under high heat (about 550Β°).
Remove from broiler.
Spread the sauteed almonds lightly over the trout and return to oven for another 2 minutes at lower heat.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley and serve immediately.
