Zucchini Stuffed Chicken Quarters

In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add zucchini and cook.
Stir frequently until tender (2 minutes); remove.
Into saucepan tear bread into small pieces.
Stir in egg, cheese, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Preheat oven to 400Β°. Push fingers between skin and meat to form pocket. Place stuffing inside each pocket.
Place chicken, stuffing side up in pan.
Bake 50 minutes.
Brush with honey.
Sprinkle with salt.
