Zucchini Squash Casserole
Zucchini Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. squash, peeled and diced, 1 medium onion, diced, 1 c. cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 (8 oz.) box cornbread dressing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Margarine mix with stuffing mix; set aside. Cook squash fork-tender.
Drain well.
Add soup, salt and pepper, chopped onion and mix with the drained squash.
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish (sprayed with liquid shortening), stuffing mix in bottom. Spoon on squash mixture.
Top with rest of stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
