Zucchini Squash Cake
Zucchini Squash Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. grated zucchini squash, 1 c. walnuts, 3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. soda and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine squash, sugar, oil and eggs (leave the peel on the squash and the cake will have a soft green color or you can peel the squash if you want).
Mix in dry ingredients and nuts.
Bake in Bundt pan 1 1/2 hours at 300Β°.
Can frost or glazed.
