Zucchini Relish

Do not peel zucchini.
Scrape out seeds.
Grind zucchini and onions; add salt and leave overnight.
Refrigerate.

Cook until clear, about 30 minutes, over medium heat, stirring to keep from sticking.
Put in jars and seal.
