Zucchini Quiche
Zucchini Quiche is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie shell, 1 lb. zucchini, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Bake crust about 3 minutes.
Cut zucchini into slices.
Saute in margarine with chives, salt, pepper and oregano.
Combine sour cream, eggs and baking powder; mix well.
Combine zucchini mixture and cheese.
Place in partially cooked pie shell.
Top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle generously with bread crumbs.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
