Zucchini Pie
Zucchini Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 to 7 1/2 rounded c. zucchini, peeled and cored, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cover zucchini with water; bring to boil and simmer until tender.
Drain and cool.
Add to cool zucchini the remaining ingredients.
Mix ingredients to zucchini and put in 2 crust pie. Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
It tastes like apple pie.
