Zucchini Pickles

Wash zucchini and cut in thin slices
Peel and cut onions in quarters, then slice very thin
Add to zucchini
Sprinkle salt over vegetables; add cold water, enough to cover

Pack hot into hot jars, remove air bubbles
Adjust caps
Process for 15 minutes in a boiling watter bath
