Prepare Sauce
In large pot add oil, chopped onion and about 8 sausage links and brown.
Add 2 cans tomato purée and spices, garlic, parsley, basil, salt and pepper and 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan.
Simmer on low heat, stirring regularly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
