Salt the zucchini slices and cook until tender. Drain well. Beat together the eggs, sour cream and pepper.
Place zucchini in a 1-quart casserole. Add 1/4 cup cheese to egg mixture and pour over zucchini. Dot with margarine and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
