Zucchini Cookies
Zucchini Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, beaten, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream the sugar, butter and egg until fluffy and well blended. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture with grated zucchini, blending well.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes or until done.
Do not overbake.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
