Zucchini Chocolate Cake
Zucchini Chocolate Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar; add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Combine flour, cocoa, soda, powder and spices together.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk; and mix well.
Stir in the zucchini.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
