Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Sift together flour, cocoa, soda and salt; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, oil and sugar.
Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool before frosting.
